How to purchase

1) Email us (loot.boutique@gmail.com) with the item name, number of pieces you would like to order, colour (if applicable) and size (if applicable), shipping option (normal or registered mail) and your email address.
2) We will contact you through email with confirmation of order and the payment details.
3) After receiving our confirmation, please make payment within 24 hours via ATM transfer or Internet Banking, and reply back with the following details after payment.
  1. Mailing address
  2. Evidence of payment through :- ATM transfer (We accept POSB/Citibank transfer). ATM transfer payment must be accompanied by a clear photo of the receipt. OR Internet Banking.

Failure to do so will result in the item being released to the next buyer, and your name blacklisted.

4) Your item will be shipped once payment has been verified.








Mailing options



Normal Mail
For bags, S$1.50 per item. Additional S$1.00 for every subsequent item thereafter.
For all other accessories, S$1.50 per item. Additional S$0.50 for every subsequent item thereafter.
There is no tracking number provided and we shall not be held liable for any lost mail through normal postage.

Registered Mail
Additional S$2.25 on top of normal mail.
Registered article number will be provided. You can track your parcel at www.singpost.com.sg

Exchange policy

1) Strictly no refunds or exchanges. All items are checked before mailing.
2) Loot Boutique will not be held liable for any packages lost through normal postage. We strongly recommend all customers to opt for registered postage.
